Location: Must be based in Brussels

What you will do

  • Contact residential leads by phone to identify needs and recommend the most suitable heat pump solutions.
  • Prepare indicative price offers and final quotations for residential customers.
  • Coordinate technical visits and schedule installation dates with the installer network.
  • Manage the complete customer portfolio from initial lead contact to final invoicing.
  • Record customer feedback in tracking tools to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales.
  • Experience with sales forecasts, analysis, and sales processes.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is required.
  • Must be based in Brussels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical products.

Nice to have

  • Experience with heat recovery steam generators.
