TL;DR

Scrum Master (AdTech): Leading cross-functional Ad Technology programs and guiding teams through agile ceremonies to ensure successful delivery of critical media platforms. Focus on facilitating sprint planning, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement within a SAFe framework.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office required)

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

What you will do

  • Manage medium to large-scale projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
  • Track and remove impediments to ensure team velocity and project success.
  • Communicate project status, metrics, and progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Analyze budgets, forecasts, and resource capacity planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and SAFe Agilist certification.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Atlassian workflows and operations.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CSM.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Experience managing global project teams with competing priorities.
