Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Design and scale automated dashboards and analytics solutions for ad platform performance, campaign delivery, and user engagement.
- Lead initiatives to define data standards, enforce quality checks, and document data lineages as part of the Global Analytics team.
- Build and optimize production-grade data models using dbt to ensure efficient transformations.
- Partner with Product Managers and Client Services to translate technical metrics into scalable business solutions.
- Analyze large-scale clickstream and transactional datasets to identify inefficiencies and optimize ad revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Engineering, ideally within AdTech.
- Proven hands-on experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or ClickHouse.
- Expert-level SQL skills for managing complex, large-scale clickstream or transactional datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools like Omni, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, data governance principles, and version control (Git).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona.
