What you will do
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (MSD) projects in alignment with the product owner.
- Provide global MSD user support and conduct office hours for the marketing team.
- Set up audiences, segments, and suppression lists for various internal teams.
- Develop automation and workflow setups for lead management and administrative data.
- Create customer journey automations and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and run governance and quality consistency across marketing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation (Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proven expertise in customer journey strategy, email marketing, and automation.
- In-depth knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and data privacy best practices.
- Strong experience in segmentation, audience management, and data quality practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize workflows in marketing automation.
- English: Advanced level required
