What you will do

• Own the company's strategic direction, market positioning, and full P&L accountability for revenue growth, retention, and margin.
• Build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market engine to return the business to double-digit growth and increase new-logo acquisition.
• Expand the addressable market into adjacent public-sector buyers (local authorities, healthcare) and grow the private-sector footprint in financial services and AML.
• Define the strategic product roadmap and champion AI-first product thinking to create durable differentiation in fraud and identity intelligence.
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team within a close-knit business of approximately 15 people.
• Manage the transition with the company founder and communicate performance and priorities to Banyan Operating Partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning P&L and commercial outcomes for a B2B SaaS or data business.
• Track record of building scalable go-to-market engines and accelerating new-customer acquisition in plateaued businesses.
• Experience selling into both regulated public-sector environments (e.g., policing, government) and private-sector markets.
• Experience shipping AI-embedded product capabilities with measurable customer outcomes.
• Ability to deliver measurable improvements to net revenue retention and pricing power.
• Proven ability to serve as a credible executive voice for boards and key stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in govtech, fraud and identity, RegTech, or financial services.
