TL;DR
Tech Lead (Salesforce Commerce Cloud): Leading the delivery of SFCC engagements across multiple concurrent workstreams with an accent on architectural alignment and technical execution. What you will do
- Own technical delivery across multiple concurrent Salesforce Commerce Cloud workstreams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Translate high-level architectural and design direction into detailed, executable technical tasks for the engineering team.
- Maintain high engineering rigor, focusing on accessibility, performance, and integration discipline.
- Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and scope creep to prevent blockers.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex technical tradeoffs and platform limitations to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Based in Latin America with availability to work in PT or ET timezones.
- Proven track record at a Senior or Lead level delivering complex e-commerce projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA architecture.
- Proficiency across the commerce stack, including API design, data handling, and integrations (payments, search, CMS).
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
