What you will do
- Exceed sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth while reducing cancellations.
- Manage and develop ongoing relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop long-term capital plans to address customer building needs.
- Prepare detailed repair job proposals and service contract bids by estimating costs and reviewing blueprints.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and coordinate submittal packages through the approval process.
- Partner with operations, legal, and contract administration to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
