What you will do
- Own the global partner relationship at partner and C-suite level, building trusted relationships with client and delivery leadership.
- Define and execute a multi-year joint strategy positioning dbt + Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer for enterprise AI and agentic workflow delivery.
- Drive platform integration and practitioner adoption across GSI delivery teams, ensuring certifications and active recommendations in client engagements.
- Design and run a frictionless enablement program (certifications, reference architectures, playbooks, and joint delivery assets) and support joint go-to-market campaigns.
- Source and develop alliance-driven pipeline, run co-sell motions with account teams, and track attributed pipeline progression and closed business.
- Define and report alliance telemetry (deployments, practitioner engagement, sourced opportunities, and joint wins) and proactively address risks.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
- Proven experience managing complex global relationships with major consulting firms or global system integrators at a senior level.
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure (dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent strongly preferred).
- Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level and understand how GSIs make decisions, build practices, and go to market.
- Strong commercial instincts to qualify and develop joint pipeline opportunities.
- Willingness to travel globally to engage GSI leadership and teams across regions.
