Scrum Master (Agile Coaching)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Agile Coaching): Driving Agile transformation and supporting large-scale digital initiatives for a large infrastructure organization with an accent on SAP-based maintenance and EHS/ESG programs. Focus on improving Agile delivery, coaching Product Owners, and implementing enterprise-wide digital solutions using OKRs and AI-powered tools.

Location: Must be based in Germany

Salary: EUR 3,350 – 5,250 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Provide Agile coaching and Scrum Mastering for MAFID and EHS programs.
• Facilitate Scrum events, workshops, and OKR sessions.
• Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile practices and product development.
• Support and align parallel Scrum teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Conduct value stream analysis and advise on the integration of AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master.
• PSM III certification or an equivalent high-level Agile certification.
• Proven experience working in parallel Scrum environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• German: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• Location: Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP PM or mobile maintenance solutions.
• Experience working within SAFe environments.
• Knowledge of EHS and/or ESG domains.
• Expertise in OKRs and value stream analysis.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for productivity.
