Salary: $145,700 — $200,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting activities.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation for reconciliations and accrual workflows.
• Mentor and manage accounting staff to ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables.
• Contribute to the ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA through design, testing, and change management.
• Review journal entries, accounting analysis for cloud accruals, and operating expense fluctuations.
• Support M&A activity, including the consolidation and integration of acquired entities.

Requirements

• CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of public accounting and 3+ years of industry experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Proven track record of driving automation and AI adoption in accounting operations.
• Execution-focused and deadline-driven mindset for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior ERP implementation experience.
• Familiarity with the Databricks data platform.
