Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid with Austin, Texas campus)

What you will do
- Lead the post-sale relationship for public and private sector accounts, covering adoption, advocacy, renewal, and expansion.
- Build deep relationships and multi-thread across accounts to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Utilize data and analytics to demonstrate ROI and influence customer decision-making through storytelling.
- Proactively forecast renewals and manage risks related to budget cycles and leadership changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product improvements and keep customers updated on new features.
- Develop and articulate the unique value of the Canva platform for Public Sector use cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets (NRR/GRR).
- Commercial mindset with experience managing revenue and negotiating strategically.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data to build compelling narratives for decision-makers.
- Must be based in the United States to support US operations.

- Experience with diverse verticals such as Public Sector, Real Estate, or Higher Education.
