Salary: £650–£800 per day

What you will do
- Take ownership of end-to-end IT Service Delivery across the organization.
- Lead and manage the Service Desk, Business Support, and Application Support functions.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Drive continual service improvement (CSI) and operational excellence.
- Oversee all Change, Release, and Deployment activities.
Requirements
- Must have Lloyd’s of London experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification (or higher).
- Extensive experience leading IT Service Delivery within an ITIL environment.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
- Proven track record of managing technical support teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
