🚀 Retention Agent (Forex | English Desk | Canada Market)

📍 Location: Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus (Office-based)

We are looking for a Retention Agent to join an international Forex team working with the English-speaking Canadian market 🇨🇦

⚠️ We consider only candidates with Forex industry experience who are either already based in Northern Cyprus or willing to relocate independently.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
— Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
— Retain and grow the client base
— Build long-term relationships with customers
— Increase client deposits and trading activity
— Achieve individual KPIs and performance targets
— Work with English-speaking clients from the Canadian market

🎯 Requirements:
— Mandatory experience in Forex (Retention / Sales / Account Management)
— English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher
— Experience communicating with English-speaking clients
— Strong negotiation and client retention skills
— Willingness to work night shifts
— Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly responsible
— Ability to relocate to Northern Cyprus independently or current residency on the island

📈We are considering candidates at the following levels:
Junior / Middle / Senior

💰 What We Offer:
— Fixed salary starting from $3,500+ (negotiable based on interview results and candidate level; compensation may be lower or significantly higher depending on experience)

✈️ Relocation assistance is not provided, however, a one-time relocation bonus may be discussed after successful completion of the probation period (1 month).
