Senior Management Accountant (AI Cloud)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end month-end close process across Group entities including UK, Sweden, Canada, and Finland
• Produce entity reporting packs and manage month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and eliminations
• Maintain and develop the Group consolidation process as new jurisdictions are added
• Prepare monthly and quarterly statutory submissions, including UK VAT returns
• Optimize NetSuite configuration and reporting outputs to improve system efficiency
• Supervise and coach junior finance team members, reviewing their output for accuracy

Requirements

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or 5+ years' relevant experience
• 4–5 years of experience in management accounting with ownership of the month-end close
• Proven experience in Group consolidation, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity reporting
• Strong UK VAT reporting experience and technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Experience using NetSuite or a comparable multi-entity ERP
• Must be willing to work full-time, office-based in Marbella

Nice to have

• VAT or indirect tax exposure in Sweden, Canada, EU, or US sales tax
• Experience in finance system development or configuration projects
• Statutory accounts preparation and direct liaison with external auditors
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data sets and financial models
• Background in an SME, scale-up, or high-growth technology environment
