What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Safety Plan and Safety Roadmap.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Lead incident and injury investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections and audits to monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Facilitate weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with project leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
• High School Diploma or GED.
• OSHA 500 Construction certification required
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI safety standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Construction Management, or Engineering.
• BCSP certification (CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proven experience in delivering safety training and mentoring field personnel.
