What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 finance professionals across multiple locations.
• Own the month-end and year-end close processes across Spain, Colombia, and Croatia.
• Manage external auditors to ensure local statutory audits are completed within group deadlines.
• Oversee VAT and other direct/indirect tax filings per jurisdiction (e.g., Modelo 303/347/349).
• Drive process standardization and support the rollout of MS D365 F&O as the group accounting system.
• Manage cashflow reporting and provide local accounting perspectives for budget and forecasting cycles.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience in multi-jurisdiction or multi-entity environments.
• Proven experience managing finance teams of 3+ people.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and IFRS (SMEs).
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Experience with MS D365 F&O or a comparable multi-entity ERP.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., Licenciatura/Grado in ADE/Económicas, ACCA/CIMA).
