What you will do

• Develop sophisticated trading models using rigorous scientific and statistical methods.
• Perform alpha research, execution research, and model performance optimization.
• Develop and calibrate backtest simulations and quantitative tools to aid the strategy development process.
• Translate mathematical algorithms into C++ code and implement new trading models and signals in a live Linux environment.
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art technologies and academic research in quantitative finance.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree from a top-tier university in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or similar experience in Quantitative Finance.
• Excellent knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design, predictive modeling, and inference.
• Solid understanding of workflows for dealing with large datasets using quantitative methods.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with distributed computing (C++, Python, Linux, MapReduce).
• High proficiency in Math and algorithms, with personal achievements in quantitative competitions (e.g., Codeforces, Olympiads).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
