Location: Remote or Hybrid from Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Kraków (Poland)
Salary: 1200 - 1320 PLN / Day net + VAT (B2B)

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain software components running on edge devices within a SCADA ecosystem.
- Build and improve data collection and communication solutions between retail devices and gateway systems.
- Optimize software performance, memory usage, and stability for resource-constrained environments.
- Implement and manage IoT data flows using industrial communication protocols like MQTT.
- Collaborate with architects and domain experts to influence edge software architecture and system reliability.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer in edge computing, IoT, embedded, or industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA systems and MQTT messaging-based communication.
- Proficiency in Golang (preferred), C++, or C#.
- Experience with EdgeX Foundry or similar edge computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and communication between devices and gateways.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production-like environments.
