What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, owning the full lifecycle from backend services to user experience.
- Build and maintain AI-generated code applications using coding agents such as ClaudeCode.
- Integrate AI solutions with the CRM ecosystem, including MS Dynamics 365, Genesys, and microservice architectures.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, targeted solutions.
- Ensure all solutions meet the security, compliance, and governance requirements of a regulated financial environment.
Requirements
- Experience developing production-grade software applications.
- Strong programming skills in Java and modern software development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and product-oriented thinking.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gland, Switzerland
Nice to have
- Understanding of .Net environment.
- Experience with CRM applications.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
