TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Terraform): Migrating a legacy platform to a microservices architecture in the Travel Tech industry with an accent on CI/CD modernization and cloud infrastructure optimization. What you will do
- Own and drive the modernization of CI/CD pipelines to significantly reduce build and deployment times.
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC).
- Manage and optimize containerized workloads on ECS, Fargate, and EC2.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and observability stacks including CloudWatch, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Support Kafka-based event streaming infrastructure.
- Coach developers on pipeline usage, infrastructure practices, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or SRE engineering role.
- Strong AWS expertise: ECS, Fargate, EC2, VPC, ELB, and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline design and optimization, specifically with Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration in production.
- Experience with Kafka or equivalent event-streaming platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience working with legacy-to-modern migration programs.
- SaltStack configuration management experience.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tooling.
