What you will do

  • Support customers with CMS functionality and website-related technical queries.
  • Advise clients on improving their websites and overall online performance to drive more bookings.
  • Create, update, and optimize websites within the proprietary hirify.global CMS.
  • Implement design changes and functional improvements using HTML and CSS.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve the CMS platform.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in web support, website management, or frontend development.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
  • Strong eye for modern web design and user experience (UX).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
