What you will do
- Support customers with CMS functionality and website-related technical queries.
- Advise clients on improving their websites and overall online performance to drive more bookings.
- Create, update, and optimize websites within the proprietary CMS.
- Implement design changes and functional improvements using HTML and CSS.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve the CMS platform.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in web support, website management, or frontend development.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
- Strong eye for modern web design and user experience (UX).
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
