• Design and implement connectivity improvements, including path optimization and hardware acceleration.
• Work with colocation vendors, telecom providers, and exchange network teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of system programming.
• Hands-on experience with co-located environments, exchange connectivity setups, and cross-connections.
• 3–7 years of professional experience with Rust, C++, or Java.
• 3–7 years of experience working at a crypto exchange.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
