Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (base pay)

What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on data center technology, energy supply, siting, and deployment policy.
• Drive the development of AI-enabled data gathering tools by identifying and vetting new data sources.
• Conduct hands-on research tracking policy, market, and regulatory developments pertaining to large loads.
• Deliver individual research reports and practical client recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to provide expertise for new platforms and tools.
• Support consulting engagements and client acquisition/retention efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry or research experience in the power sector or an adjacent industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, energy, economics, finance, or policy.
• Ability to gather, evaluate, and distill significant amounts of data into focused client insights.
• Experience in project management with the ability to drive concurrent workflows across multiple teams.
• English: C1+ (excellent written and oral communication) required.
• Location: Must be based in Boston, US.

• Experience in the data center or power generation development industry.
• Proven track record of professional publications and presentations as a research analyst.
• Technical capabilities in python, databases, and AI tool development.
