What you will do

• Establish and lead KM support teams and regional steering committees to align with operational and HR priorities.
• Develop and execute 1–3 year KM strategies to close critical regional knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture and grow the bench strength of product and process knowledge.
• Partner with the Corporate KM team to ensure knowledge capture aligns with future-state systems and scalability.
• Define and measure KM effectiveness through key metrics and continuous feedback loops.
• Deploy training and awareness programs to promote KM system usage and best practices across all sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in aerospace and defense (operations, quality, or engineering).
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching high-performing teams.
• Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 human capital and organizational knowledge compliance.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to lead through influence.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialized Knowledge Management systems, frameworks, or tools.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
• Exposure to AI, data, or digital solutions applied to knowledge management.
