What you will do

• Lead a product-focused engineering team building B2B platform capabilities for internal business customers.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions while regularly contributing to the codebase.
• Champion the use of AI-assisted development and explore AI application opportunities within the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to define and drive product and tech strategy.
• Own and operate the domain's microservices, ensuring they are secure, robust, and maintainable.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership skills with an empowering, non-micromanaging style.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin, Spring Boot, and MongoDB or PostgresDB.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining microservices on Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of REST-APIs and event-driven processing pipelines built on Kafka.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in building secure, scalable, and reliable production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience introducing and evolving agentic AI development practices and operating models.
