Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Edinburgh, Bristol, or Halifax; spending at least two days per week in the office)

Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated media and creative campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner with Full Funnels and Accelerator teams to unlock growth and deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Develop bold, insight-led creative work in collaboration with world-class agencies.
  • Test and scale new trends to boost marketing effectiveness and business growth.
  • Inspire and guide a high-performing team through professional line management.
  • Manage budgets and ensure strict compliance with FCA and Group risk standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in executing end-to-end integrated communications and multi-channel campaigns (AV, Social, OOH, Digital).
  • Proven track record of creating data-driven work with top-tier agencies and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of traditional and emerging media and changing customer behaviors.
  • Ability to navigate complex plans within a matrix organization.
  • Experience managing significant budgets and FCA/Group risk frameworks.
  • Must be based in the UK (Edinburgh, Bristol, or Halifax) to meet hybrid work requirements.
