What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large datasets.
• Own end-to-end data quality and optimize storage and retrieval layers across data lakes.
• Implement robust ETL/ELT workflows, orchestration, and CI/CD for data jobs.
• Partner with ML and other teams to define data requirements and reduce time-to-insight.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern data tools and architectures.

Requirements

• STEM degree from a top-tier university or proven track record as a Data Analyst, Researcher, or Data Scientist.
• Advanced understanding of probability, statistics, mathematics, and algorithms.
• Strong analytical skills for working with large datasets.
• Confident, hands-on proficiency in Python and common libraries such as pandas and polars.

Nice to have

• Achievements in competitive programming (ICPC, IMC, IOI, Codeforces red+, Kaggle).
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Ray.
