What you will do

• Perform mystery shops to assess chauffeurs against hirify.global's premium standards.
• Provide immediate, constructive coaching to chauffeurs to drive continuous improvement.
• Document inspection results accurately using internal QC tools.
• Identify trends and provide insights to refine and improve service standards.
• Manage on-site operations at specific locations to optimize the passenger experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing luxury environments (e.g., five-star hospitality, premium aviation, luxury retail).
• Experience in environments where service quality is measured, audited, and non-negotiable.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and challenge others while maintaining credibility.
• Must be able to work from the West London office 4 days a week and conduct shops across the city.
• Knowledge of luxury vehicle specifications is a plus.
• Experience driving in London is a plus.
