What you will do
- Onboard new clients and grow account portfolios using a value-based relationship approach.
- Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
- Provide personalized support via voice and social media to activate and retain customers.
- Research prospects and analyze customer potential to enable efficient sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Monitor global economic indicators and geopolitical events to provide investment guidance.
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker and fluent in English.
- Deep expertise in Forex markets, including currency pairs and macroeconomic trends.
- Proven experience in sales for a CFD broker.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage high-net-worth clients.
- Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia.
