🇬🇪 We're hiring a Support Engineer in Georgia!

In this role, you'll:
✔️ Support customers using a SaaS product via email and phone.
✔️ Investigate product behavior and troubleshoot non-standard issues.
✔️ Work with modern AI tools to improve support workflows.
✔️ Contribute to our internal knowledge base and collaborate with experienced teammates.

We're looking for someone with:
✔️ English at B2+ level.
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ A customer-first mindset and curiosity to learn.

This role is a great opportunity if you'd like to build your career in technical support and grow into an L2 Support Engineer or even a Support Team Lead in the future.
