What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using modern tools like Playwright, Selenium, and Pytest.
• Develop automated tests for REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Create performance and load testing solutions to validate system scalability.
• Guide, coach, and mentor junior QA engineers while establishing testing standards and best practices.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science and Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
• Competency in Selenium, C#, Azure, API testing, and performance testing.
• Experience working with Scrum or other agile iterative processes.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems using business data.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
