What you will do
- Own demand-created numbers across acute and non-acute segments, driving rapid growth in the non-acute sector.
- Lead segment owners and product marketing to define "where to play" and "what to say" based on market intelligence.
- Direct platform storytelling, product launches, competitive positioning, and roadmap feedback.
- Drive cross-sell demand within the existing customer base in partnership with Customer Success.
- Manage enterprise deal enablement and the referral/advocacy engine through field marketing.
- Co-own the external AI-first positioning of the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, including managing other managers.
- Proven track record of rapidly growing specific market segments.
- Expertise in both demand creation and product marketing.
- Must be based in the US.
- Experience in Healthcare IT (strongly preferred).
- Ability to leverage modern AI tools to scale team output.

- Experience with acute and ambulatory portfolios.
- Experience supporting an exit or diligence process.
