What you will do

• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and written communication.
• Resolve complex concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, and product compatibility.
• Troubleshoot hardware equipment and software applications to recommend corrective actions.
• Perform issue recreations within a dedicated lab environment.
• Document recurring technical issues to support product quality and development programs.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in the networking industry.
• Deep knowledge of network protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPv4/IPv6, LACP, and VLAN.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and IXIA.
• Strong comfort level with Linux.
• MS in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming or scripting in Python, C++, Java, Perl, JavaScript, or shell.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Prior TAC experience.
