What you will do

  • Lead structured Change Management activities and manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop communications for change initiatives and define success metrics to measure performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Incident and Problem Management teams to ensure adherence to processes and clear handovers.
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) processes and provide periodic reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in Change Management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and drive toward a common vision or goal.
  • Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

  • ITIL v4 certification.
  • Experience with the Change module in ServiceNow.
  • Experience creating and managing Change workflows.
