What you will do

• Monitor sales, profitability, and key business KPIs for assigned categories.
• Plan and improve product assortment based on customer needs and business performance.
• Coordinate pricing updates and execute promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms to improve category profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce.
• Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Professional English and Russian language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in grocery retail or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Kazakh.
