What you will do
- Manage relationships with assigned connectivity partners to foster long-lasting partnerships supporting inventory strategy.
- Monitor daily technical performance and implement action plans to improve key metrics like Look-to-Book ratios and latencies.
- Provide technical support to internal and external teams to resolve connectivity issues.
- Identify growth opportunities with accommodation providers using connectivity data.
- Lead integration and certification processes for new connectivity partners.
- Optimize hotel content mapping workflows to drive conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business or tech-related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the hotel industry, distribution systems, OTA standard API structures, and XML language.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial departments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Must-have).
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience with Applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
- Curiosity to experiment with and integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows.
- Proficiency in other European languages.
