What you will do

• Lead and develop local IT and OT services to support business operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on IT needs, opportunities, and changes.
• Ensure alignment between global IT standards, BA Mining strategy, and local site requirements.
• Drive local IT projects, digital initiatives, and coordinate internal and external service providers.
• Manage the IT service lifecycle and ensure IT security and compliance with Group standards locally.
• Own and manage the local IT budget, including demand and cost control.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in IT or a similar field.
• Solid experience in IT service delivery within a production or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Tampere site.
