What you will do

• Analyze project data and documentation to assess entitlement and exposure.
• Develop and implement strategies to assert or defend claims.
• Support commercial and legal positioning with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare recommendations and reports on claims and disputes.
• Identify risks and implement claim prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Project Management, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in claims, contract, or commercial management within construction or energy sectors.
• Strong contractual and commercial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• English: Required (B2)
• Polish: Required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Italian language proficiency.
• Experience contributing to the adoption of AI and digital innovation in claims management.
