What you will do
- Provide consultative support for solutions to public and private sector organizations.
- Configure, program, and model processes, data, and objects across various application and database environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases while providing leadership in technical architecture.
- Oversee system development lifecycles, create project cost estimates, and manage change control processes.
- Conduct business analysis, assess user needs, and prepare business cases for major projects.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and supervise subcontracted personnel during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience beyond educational requirements.
- Specialized expertise in implementation, business optimization, or software engineering integration.
- Strong communication abilities and an analytical, inquisitive mindset.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines to comply with the hybrid work model.
