What you will do

• Supervise and manage Mobile Medical Units (MMU) health staff and operational activities.
• Coordinate healthcare delivery schedules with local communities and relevant authorities.
• Conduct rapid health needs assessments to identify gaps and determine potential responses.
• Perform regular field visits to monitor activities and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Oversee data registration, collection, and reporting to maintain program quality.
• Represent IRC in local coordination meetings and health clusters.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master's level or above) in medicine.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience as a doctor in a relevant field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian.
• Willingness and ability to travel independently domestically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in health programs and NGO environments.
• Intermediate verbal and writing skills in English.
