What you will do
- Manage team productivity and ensure a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Provide guidance, assistance, and reference materials to employees to perform jobs efficiently.
- Handle performance reports and implement corrective disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Conduct coaching and mentoring for individual and team development.
- Coordinate with various departments and lead monthly team-building activities.
- Interview and hire new agents to maintain team capacity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Team Lead role.
- Education or training in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.
