What you will do

• Develop, ship, and maintain features for Agentic Tools across the hirify.global monolith backend.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and AI specialists to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
• Design and implement reliable and scalable GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Improve and extend automated testing using RSpec to strengthen quality and reliability.
• Participate in Tier 2 on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues and enhance observability.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to ensure hirify.global's MCP server remains best-in-class.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining production applications with Ruby on Rails, including background jobs and data models.
• Proficiency in designing REST and GraphQL APIs with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Comfortable working across the stack in a mature codebase.
• Must be based in Canada or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python backends.
• Experience with Vue frontends.
