What you will do

• Develop and maintain reusable React JS component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across applications.
• Translate Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS and mobile-first principles.
• Build complex, data-heavy dashboards featuring real-time widgets and advanced data visualizations.
• Manage complex application state using Redux Toolkit or Zustand while optimizing performance through lazy loading and code splitting.
• Develop backend RESTful APIs and data pipelines using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Collaborate with AI/ML squads to seamlessly integrate model outputs into intuitive user interfaces.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience building and deploying React JS applications in production.
• Deep mastery of React JS (hooks, functional components) and TypeScript.
• High proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and strict adherence to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Ability to design and develop REST APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB and secure authentication patterns (JWT, OAuth 2.0).
• Workplace: Must be based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR) or Microfrontend architectures.
• Domain knowledge in banking or fintech environments.
• Experience with D3.js, Chart.js, or Recharts for data visualization.
• Experience with LLM API integration (OpenAI), LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
