What you will do

• Identify risks and key pricing drivers to turn complex information into actionable strategic insights.
• Develop risk and pricing models using Machine Learning to power real-time insurance pricing for millions of customers.
• Contribute to long-term company growth through innovative modelling and experimentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business action.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and advanced analytics.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Solid foundation in code development and machine learning, specifically using Python.
• Experience in creating, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive new ideas and challenge assumptions.
