What you will do

• Maintain and structure project-related content in SharePoint and knowledge bases.
• Improve information transparency and findability across international teams.
• Assist in preparing project overviews, status updates, and presentations.
• Coordinate project-related topics and support ongoing initiatives.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and team initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide general project coordination support.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business, IT, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, PMO practices, and information structuring.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Must be based in or near Dortmund, Germany for hybrid work.
