What you will do

• Align commercial priorities with operational capabilities for the Business Unit.
• Own end-to-end supply chain performance, improving customer service, inventory, and working capital.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Drive digital transformation using Salesforce, AI forecasting, and advanced analytics.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of eight supply chain professionals.
• Contribute to the regional EAME Supply Chain strategy and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior supply chain leadership roles.
• Strong track record in S&OP, Supply & Demand Planning, and cross-functional business partnering.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Success in delivering business transformation and digital initiatives.
• English: Fluent (C1).
• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Experience with digital planning or AI forecasting tools.
• MBA degree.
