What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for enterprise file share workloads including SAP, VDI, AKS, and mixed-OS NFS/SMB.
• Define feature requirements and prioritize engineering investments in collaboration with Microsoft Azure product groups.
• Lead competitive positioning and TCO analysis to develop pricing guidance and field enablement content.
• Drive cost optimization strategies, including flexible service levels and cool access tiering to help customers migrate to Azure.
• Identify underserved enterprise file workloads and define business justification for expanded service support.
• Influence senior leadership and coordinate across engineering, sales, and ISV partners to drive scalable adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, storage, or enterprise platform products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise file protocols (NFS, SMB/CIFS) and workloads such as SAP, VDI, and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional products in a cloud-native environment.
• Experience collaborating with hyperscaler product groups (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
• Strong commercial acumen in creating business cases and pricing models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Azure hirify.global Files or other enterprise cloud file services.
• Background in enterprise NAS or file storage platforms.
• Experience with high-availability storage architectures and resiliency requirements.
• Familiarity with on-premises to cloud migration motions.
• Experience with ISV ecosystems such as SAP, SAS, or Kubernetes-native storage.
