What you will do

  • Act as a strategic TA partner for the Services department, aligning hiring plans and priorities with stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake and requirement-setting to the final offer.
  • Proactively source and build passive pipelines for high-priority and recurring role types.
  • Utilize market data and benchmarks to advise hiring managers on compensation and talent availability.
  • Implement structured assessments and competency models to ensure a high quality of hire.
  • Lead and develop two recruiters by providing structured feedback and supporting their professional growth.

Requirements

  • Solid full-cycle recruiting experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of establishing advisory relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience implementing AI tools within a recruiting workflow.
  • Data literacy with the ability to use pipeline metrics and benchmarks for decision-making.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other experienced colleagues in a lead capacity.
  • Must be already based in Amsterdam.
