What you will do

• Identify key user pain points in crypto and translate them into clear, actionable AI product MVPs.
• Prototype AI experiences using Python to validate value and quality before production.
• Own prompt engineering, context shaping, and tool-calling patterns to ensure high-quality AI outputs.
• Develop practical evaluation loops, including golden sets and regression testing, to maintain product quality.
• Design resilient AI user experiences that remain trustworthy even when errors occur.
• Partner with engineering teams to provide handoff specifications and support post-launch iteration.

Requirements

• Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on Python prototyping ability to translate ideas into working code.
• Practical LLM experience, including prompt iteration and context design.
• Evaluation mindset with the ability to define quality metrics and prevent regressions.
• Excellent communication skills to drive conviction across stakeholders.

• Experience building user-facing AI features like agents, copilots, or search/Q&A.
