What you will do

• Lead creative strategy and execution across product marketing, campaigns, demand generation, and events.
• Develop concepts, direct shoots, and produce high-quality visual assets.
• Own and maintain the brand system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Get hands-on with design work to ensure the highest standard of quality.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support creative output.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in a Creative Director role, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range in brand work, campaigns, digital, print, video, and motion.
• Proven ability to execute design work personally rather than just directing others.
• Experience managing brand systems across multiple touchpoints.
• Ability to present creative rationale clearly to non-creative stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Asana, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools.
• Experience building creative operations infrastructure like templates and workflows.
• Experience with AI-enhanced design or managing design systems through AI transformation.
